The 800 number is manned from 9:00 am CST to 7:00 pm CST Monday-Friday, but you may leave a voice message if you call at other times. Again, someone will return your call within one business day.

Either way, it takes only about one day to set up your e-mail list in our master mailing database (once we receive it from you). After that, your entire client list will receive the very next e-Newsletter and twice a month after that... just like clockwork.
What’s even better, you will never be charged for adding new clients, and can even add them yourself from your own computer. It’s a breeze and takes less than a minute.
Here’s a list of the data we’ll need to begin sending out your e-Newsletters:
Your client e-mail addresses
These can be in virtually any form: MS Word, Excel, comma-delimited, or even a plain text document. Just as long as we can clearly make out each entry and its corresponding user name. Click HERE for an example.
Your photo
Preferably the same one you use on your business cards and website. It’s important for your clients to recognize you at once, and using a consistent picture assures that.
Your name (or team name)
We legally have to display the name that appears on your license, but feel free to add a nickname if you have one. We’ll be happy to display it. If a team photo, be sure to provide all information for both members and be very clear about what info goes with whom.
Your phone numbers
We’ll need all of the phone numbers you intend to display: work, cell, home, e-fax, fax, etc. The only number that is required is your office number (where your license hangs).
Your e-mail address(s)
Be sure the address provided is the best one for reaching you. Otherwise, when your clients find a "full mailbox" at the other end, you just lost a sale!
Your real estate designations
If you have a CRB, GRI, ABR, CRS, or other designation, be sure to provide them to us. They will appear just beneath your name (beneath each team member name if a team).
Your slogan
Many agents have a slogan that can appear just above their picture. You are, however, limited to six words here.
Your mission or sales statement
If you have some clever or compelling statement that usually accompanies your marketing material, or is on your business card or letterhead, this is where this information will go.
Your website
If you have a website currently, we need to know the exact URL of that site. If you don’t have a website and would like to have one, we provide incredible web design services. Click the following links to see a few samples.
