Client Contact Examples:

If you have the name, address and e-mail address, please provide:

John and Susan Doe
123 Main Street, Bigtown, TN 38123
jdoe@comcast.net

Mary Smith
msmith123@gmail.com

However, at the very least, you must provide the e-mail address:

jdoe@comcast.net
msmith123@gmail.com

Even if we get your contact list in a simple text or MS Word document, we can find and utilize the e-mail addresses successfully.

Important! We cannot and will not accept purchased or "found" lists. All contacts you mail to must be people you have had some business dealing with in the past, or at the very least, have been given their e-mail address by them personally.

SPAM is a very real and serious offense and is regulated by federal law.

A PURCHASED list is just what the name suggests: any list of e-mail addresses
you purchase from a list provider. These are the worst kind of SPAM
and will get you and your e-mail delivery company (us) in trouble with the
Feds. Neither of us wants this. In the "old" days, these were legal. Not today.

A FOUND list is any list of e-mail addresses you happen to stumble upon,
but have no business connection with. Examples would be a church or school
directory that lists all e-mail addresses for members. Legally, you may not
use these
until you have asked each person, individually, if they would mind
receiving e-mail from you and have gotten their approval.
